Terms of Service

Services

VFinite provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Social media management
• Paid advertising (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Video editing and content production
• AI automations and workflow solutions
• Google Business optimization and SEO

Payments

• A 50% advance payment is required before any work begins on your project.
• The remaining 50% is due before final delivery of the completed work.
• No work will start until the advance payment has been received.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions as agreed upon before starting. Additional revisions beyond the included limit may be chargeable at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes will require a separate agreement.

Delivery

Project timelines are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:

• Delays in receiving content, assets, or approvals from the client
• Scope changes requested during the project
• Unforeseen technical challenges

Refund Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the advance payment will be retained to cover work already completed. If no work has started, a full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide required content, images, and assets in a timely manner
• Respond to feedback requests and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, or tools as needed
• Communicate any changes or concerns promptly

Liability

VFinite is not responsible for:

• Business losses, revenue changes, or market conditions
• Guaranteed ad performance or specific ROI outcomes
• Third-party platform changes (Google algorithm updates, social media policy changes, etc.)
• Delays caused by factors outside our control

While we strive for the best results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many variables beyond our direct control.

Termination

Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice. VFinite reserves the right to stop work immediately if terms are violated, payments are not made, or the client engages in unethical or illegal practices. Upon termination, the client will receive all completed work up to that point.
